EV Mobile does not deliver individual devices; it delivers a site-dimensioned charging and energy solution. The overall solution is designed based on the usage profile, peak loads, and growth targets, and delivered through a service model in which EV Mobile is responsible for performance, monitoring, and maintenance.

Product names help structure the offering, but the final solution is not a standardized package—dimensioning is always done based on real-world use.

EV Mobile™ Heavy

Heavy-duty charging as a service—where your fleet is

EV Mobile™ Heavy is a heavy-duty vehicle charging service for situations where fleets must keep moving and charging cannot be tied solely to depot-based solutions. The service is particularly well suited for end points, terminals, and transport hubs where charging is needed within precisely defined time windows.

The Heavy solution is delivered as a service and can be implemented as a one-off deployment, a recurring charging service, or a longer-term service agreement (typically 6–72 months). The goal is to minimize the customer’s operational risk, improve fleet utilization, and enable electrification during the transition phase—even when permanent infrastructure is not yet in place.

EV Mobile™ Charge

A battery-buffered high-power charging station connectable to a low-voltage grid connection

EV Mobile™ Charge is a battery-buffered high-power charging station for sites where grid capacity is limited. The solution can be connected to a low-voltage supply (400 V / 63 A) while still enabling up to 180 kW of charging power.

The Charge solution has a daily energy capacity of 960 kWh, and the capacity can be increased as needed. The solution is suitable for permanent or semi-permanent sites where charging demand increases in phases and usage is concentrated around peak periods.

Charge is always delivered under a service agreement that includes:

full maintenance and servicing, including spare parts
24/7 monitoring and fault management
insurance and equipment replacement in the event of damage

EV Mobile™ eGenerator

Zero-emission electricity for construction sites, events, and productions

EV Mobile™ eGenerator is a battery-buffered energy solution for sites where the grid is unavailable or its capacity is insufficient. It replaces traditional diesel generators and delivers energy steadily and in a controlled manner via its battery system.

eGenerator is suitable for construction sites, events, productions, and other temporary locations. It can be combined with other EV Mobile charging solutions, enabling energy replenishment as needed without permanent infrastructure.

How the solution works in practice

The core of our solutions is the temporal separation of energy and power. Energy is stored in the battery at a steady rate when the grid allows it, and then discharged to vehicles or loads when charging or electricity is needed.

Technically, the solution is based on:

a site-dimensioned battery buffer
intelligent energy management and dynamic power distribution
DC and AC charging points for different use cases
continuous monitoring and reporting

For the customer, this means reliability and predictability—not technical complexity.

EV Mobile is responsible for performance

The solution is delivered through a service model in which EV Mobile ensures the overall system performs as intended even after commissioning. The service agreement covers monitoring, maintenance, performance tracking, and an agreed service level for critical sites.

Charging becomes a seamless part of daily operations without operational worry. Technical and operational responsibility lies with EV Mobile.
