  • You cannot cancel a service that has already been fully performed.
  • You cannot cancel the service if its provision has already begun.
  • In cases of refunds, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the order.

Payment Service Provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as the implementer of the payment transfer service and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your account statement or card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj holds a payment institution license. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier primarily.
